Energy Protection Update
I have felt really called to post an update in our Energy Protection portal.
Protecting your energy daily is everything... a beautiful way to walk through the world confident that you are not leaking (giving your energy away) or taking on any energy that is not yours to keep.
What we would love to share today, is that while protecting your energy is key.... so too is cutting the cords that bind you to people, places, events or anything weighing heavily in your heart or mind.
When we cut these cords on a daily basis over time (if not instantly) the triggers you have to these people, places, events etc become less and less until they do not exist at all and you are planted firmly in your own epicness.
Coming soon, we will have an updated energy protection meditation to encompass the cord cutting in more detail.
