As we all know it is the month of LOVE, and if you're anything like me, my primary love language is gift-giving. There's almost nothing better than giving and seeing the resulting joy and appreciation on your loved ones faces. Personally, it's not so much about the value of the gifts you give, but the thought you put into the gift that really makes it special.
Valentines Day is a time to celebrate your love for others, to call in more love for yourself (see our self-love blog) and to harmonise the relationships you have.
Below we have listed our favourite crystals for both the Heart and Sacral chakra to heighten your free-flowing love and passion.
Rose Quartz is the crystal of unconditional love. This beautiful pink stone facilitates love entering your life by elevating your consciousness to a higher level. Carnelian is our favourite crystal for activating the Sacral Chakra, your centre of passion, sexuality, creativity, emotional balance and joy. This red-orange hued stone increases your energy and vitality, connecting you to your sexuality and freeing you of thoughts related to negative self-worth or fears of failure.
This is a beautiful healing stone, especially for us as women who experience many hormonal changes as we flow through life. Alot of the time these changes can affect our intimacy with our partner and this is a powerful stone for bringing the balance back to the sacral and igniting the passion within.

Moonstone is all about love, power and healing. This beautiful crystal is a beautiful symbol of divine feminine energy, drawing out the goddess within and encouraging fertility and sensuality.
Allowing you to open up to unconditional love and affection, this stone also draws out the tender, dreamy energies of two people in love, aiding in achieving harmony in a relationship.
Red Jasper is an epic crystal that radiates pure energy, strength and passion, while also harnessing the power of the root chakra to keep us grounded. How best to use my crystals
All of these crystals are a beautiful addition to your bedroom or home. But if you'd love to amplify their energy, attune them to your intention for healing. For example if you would love to have a stronger connection to your partner,
- Place your crystal of choice in the palm of your right hand
- Close your eyes and connect with your breath
- Feel the energy of your crystal in your palm
- Ask your crystal to facilitate a stronger connection with your partner (or set your intention, whatever it may be)
- Bring your right hand up to your heart centre and hold the crystal to your heart
- Place your left hand over the right
- Repeat your intention to yourself 3 times - "My connection with my partner is strong, abundant, passionate and filled with love"
- Draw a deep breath in and long loving exhale to seal this energy in place.
This crystal is now attuned to your intention, keep your crystal close to your heart or next to your bed.
